Eclaire Tonnerre is the daughter of a great, rich company - Grand Tonnerre - which wants to buy the Ootori and Suo family business from under them. One of Eclaire's housemaids is actually Tamaki's father, and after the many things she has said about it, Eclaire was determind to marry Tamaki. When Tamaki's grandmother arranged Eclaire to marry Tamaki in hopes that it will prevent the fall of the Suo business, trouble begins for Haruhi and Tamaki.
